Requisite Skills for Personal & Professional Growth

Many employees state through engagement surveys and exit interviews that they do not get the feedback they need and want from their managers. Managers, on the other hand, often find employees are not receptive to or are fearful of feedback. They also feel it is unrealistic for employees to rely entirely on them for feedback.
