The passage of time, like waves on a beach, seems destined to reveal patterns. The true is same with our curricula. After decades of delivery by dozens of us, our catalog of more than 130 programs has been sifted and sorted into nine specific suites ("series") that, like dunes, always adapt and therefore always remain, no matter the conditions. These timeless, perennial, "most popular programs" possess a beautiful, natural, inevitable sine-like symmetry that self-organizes and nests.

"The soft skills are the hard skills" because they are (by their very nature) organic, subjective, open to interpretation, and difficult to master. Unfortunately, no one gets a 'pass' simply because something is difficult to learn.
Our Cultivation Series pries deep into the bushes and bramble of difficult to learn topical areas while never shying away from their importance. Though there are few hard and fast rules here, we and our clients have drawn a number of helpful conclusions about these ofttimes inscrutable topics.
While we can certainly add to or remove from any topic upon request, we generally aim for .5 to 1.5 days per program in the Cultivation Series. Said another way, if you're looking for a primer to dive deeply into seemingly soft, subjective areas quickly, this series is the place to start.

Communication Kingdom Series

Timeless, firm, unshakeable foundations; solid construction; building blocks to stand the test of time and serve a lifetime of leadership...this is how we think of our Stone Series.&nbsp;This series is the absolute sweet spot of all leadership development.
It begins with Lodestone, our HiPo development program, then proceeds to Cornerstone, our intensive 15-month program teaching 30 bedrock fundamentals for all new and soon-to-be leaders in formal managerial positions. Third comes Keystone, for mid-career folks who lead teams, supervise others, manage projects, manage departments or functions, and are generally the rocks that support the weight of the entire arch. Fourth comes Gemstone, designed for leaders experiencing or nearing burnout and needing to recapture both their sparkles and smiles. Fifth and finally is Capstone, designed to help Act III leaders finish strong as they embrace legacy, succession, and retirement.
Together, this tremendous series represents the metaphorical Main Hall on our campus of concepts.

Stone Series

"Nothing happens until the sale," and sales professionals require a quiver full of arrows to be competitive and agile in an era that moves at the speed of light yet hinges&mdash;in many cases&mdash;on relationship building that cannot be rushed without risk.&nbsp;

The processes of losing, grieving, and recovering are not the same for everyone, but we do understand their nature and get the opportunity nearly every single day to help someone through something. We hope that when loss finds you&mdash;and you find it difficult to lead&mdash;you'll find us.

Loss & Recovery Series

"Necessity is the mother of invention," but some series are born of requests.
Our&nbsp;Youths &amp; Families Series began following three requests: (1) We were asked to create Character Curriculum for high schoolers. (2) After delivering a series of dinner keynotes entitled Silver Linings of Service for beleaguered federal employees on topics including Engagement, Dignity, Character, Integrity, Impact, Legacy, and Peace, we were invited to provide the same keynote for youths in their local communities. (3) In 2018-2019, we were approached several times to come and speak with teens in local high schools through a program we alternatively called Life Skillz, Freebird, and Springboard on what they call "adulting" skills, chief among them the sorts one would have historically acquired at home or in Home Economics or Family Studies (and in one particular instance, US Government &amp; Civics) at school. Such skills include Home Skills (laundry, grocery shopping, organization, lighting a pilot light, unclogging a drain, changing a fuse, basic car maintenance), Relationship Skills (beyond social media to meaningful friendships, listening, negotiating, reading body language, empathizing, resolving conflicts), Physical &amp; Mental Health (eating, exercising, managing emotional, psychological, and social well-being), Time Management, Study Skills, Financial Skills (budgeting, balancing a checkbook, credit scores, insurance, investing, saving, shopping), Job Skills (social media account management/self-awareness, r&eacute;sum&eacute; writing, interviewing, customer service, negotiating a raise, work/life balance), and Citizenship (understanding government, the rule of law, paying taxes, voting, military service considerations, serving on a jury, etc.)
As a result of these requests and subsequent work, we now slot our curricula into three programs: Adulting, Broken Boomerang, and Man Up.
Adulting and Man Up are available now. Broken Boomerang arrives in 2022.

Youths & Families Series

Comprised of seven programs, the Spirited Series represents current work product resulting from strategizing alongside and facilitating, teaching, and coaching church (and theistic para-church) leaders.
Our first three programs,&nbsp;Righteous Leadership, Giving Leadership, and Impactful Leadership are authored by resident theologians, seminary graduates, retired missionaries, and our pastoral coaches who have either personally led successful churches or coached those who have. They continue to pour their hearts and souls into developing the next generation of church leaders through programs such as these. Three chapters in one topic, this triune leadership study explores Jesus Christ's leadership through The Beatitudes in Matthew 5 and unpacks eight defining qualities that summarize the way Jesus lived and led.
Spiritual Disciplines, the fourth program in the series, focuses on defining and applying disciplines that provide the opportunity to become more Christ-like and spiritually mature.
my Story. His Glory. is a workshop that guides each participant through the identification and categorization of her collective formative experiences. The resulting 'timeline' reveals God&rsquo;s Hand at work throughout her beautiful and emerging story, a story continuing to reveal His hand at work and to be used for His Glory.
Leading the Growing Church equips pastors steeped in theology with the lesser yet ever-important skills they run into head-first when answering the call to lead a church: budgeting, staff leadership, conflict resolution, counseling, vision-casting, deciding/directing/delegating, church planting, templatizing processes, training others, and managing self-doubt, stress, and burnout.
Leading Volunteers emphasizes the truth that volunteering is actually a spiritual decision, and not one made to get the work done, but rather, to get the people done, including oneself. Learn to invite, inspire, develop, and encourage individuals in your church to build stronger, more unified, God-honoring teams.
