Broken Boomerang

Exploring Life's Ups, Downs & Rebounds

Abraham Maslow wrote, "If our executive training programs look 50 years ahead, then we should think about the kindergartens being of the right sort in order to create the future bosses and generals and managers and leaders that we will need in the next century."

To that we would add, much has changed since the 1960s (!), and if we are to effectively and positively 'incubate' tomorrow's leaders, we must look internally to our own systems of belief (inculcated in our infancy, childhood, and adolescence), and externally to the means, methods, and mechanisms through which they are transmitted and instilled—be they our parents, siblings, extended family members, teachers, coaches, schools, houses of worship (or lack thereof), science (or lack thereof), neighbors, mentors, presidents (or anyone in a position or office of service, privilege, or prestige), role models, and any and all persons of influence—to ensure that we are cultivating the right minds, hearts, hands, and souls for tomorrow's society, civilization, and world.

In the What would you tell your younger self vein, Broken Boomerang explores exactly that.

Coming 2022 and destined to be the perfect gift for curious minds.
