Given IMDB's abysmal 4.4 (!), Opus scares me, but we shall see.

It's not terrible, but it sure is strange!
Guess I shoulda seen that comin', given it stars BOTH John Malkovich AND Ayo Edebiri and takes place on some culty NM compound labeled by filmmakers as Utah.
It is a dark comedy with some laughs, but it's also a tick-tick-ticking time-bomb that lurches in a forwardly direction with a sense of dread and impending doom.
Kool-Aid, anyone?
